“Easy Education Introductory Pack” or “Goods” means: the product, which includes various software titles and books. Contents in the pack will vary.
- Easy Education Introductory Pack
The Easy Education Introductory Pack must be paid in full ten days after receipt of goods or returned by the consumer. The customer is not required to do anything regarding this payment as this will be taken automatically after the trail offer has ended.
- Suspension and/or cancellation to Easy Education trial membership
Easy Education may suspend or cancel individual membership at their reasonable discretion or if an individual subscriber breaches any of their obligations stipulated within these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation notice: consumers have 10 days from the date they took up the trial offer to examine the goods. In the event that the goods are deemed unsuitable cancellation is required by return of goods or written notification within this 10 days.
The Easy Education Introductory Pack must be returned in a re-saleable condition.
- Returns and refunds for Easy Education Introductory Pack
Customers are eligible for a refund on the postage and packing charges of the introductory pack if goods have been received back to Easy Education Limited within the stipulated 10 day trial. Goods will be delivered by courier, if the customer is unavailable to take delivery of the pack and is left a “delivery attempted while you were out” card, re-delivery must be arranged as soon as possible. By agreeing to take up the trial the customer is responsible for taking delivery of the goods and as such must be aware that the non-refundable full payment of the subscription will be taken after the 10 day trial is over. Contacting Customer Services will ensure that the trial end date is extended if there is a problem arranging re-delivery within the 10 day trial period. It is recommended consumers retain proof of postage.
All software is tested prior to dispatch, however in the instance of faulty software customers may return the software to Easy Education at the above address to be tested and exchanged if a fault is confirmed.
- Failed payment
In the instance that a card payment fails on its first submission, Easy Education reserve the right to recover the funds at a later date in full or part payments as instalments.
- Intellectual Property
No copies may be taken of any software issued to a customer.
